摘要
从城乡规划管理的集权与分权、管理组织建设、编制管理、制度建设、城乡规划监督和听证机制建设,以及公众参与规划及其制度建设等六个方面,对国内现有研究文献进行了梳理,并展望了未来研究的重点。
The management system reform of urban and rural planning has been a hot issue in academic circles recently. This essay reviews the relevant literatures on the management system reform of urban and rural planning from six aspects： the centralization and decentralization of the urban and rural planning management system, management organization and staffing administration and its system construction, and the implementation of management and system construction, planning and supervision, hearings and public participation. In the end, this essay summarizes the existing literatures and puts forward the research prospection of the future.
