增量成本效果分析方法学的研究综述 被引量：4

摘要 目的:明确增量成本效果分析所包含的方法学内容,以促进其正确应用,为卫生决策者提供更科学的药物经济学决策依据。方法:阅读国外有关增量成本分析的文献并进行总结。结果:在明确ICER统计学特征的基础上,比较了ICER置信区间的6种估计方法。为解决ICER置信区间的局限性引入了成本可接受曲线。信息价值有助于进一步判断是否应当采取措施来降低药物经济学评价中的不确定性。结论:在药物经济学评价中,合适的置信区间估计方法、成本效果可接受曲线以及信息价值分析的运用使得增量成本效果分析方法日趋完善、科学,但仍需进一步研究以使其更加完善、科学。
