摘要
目的:研究心理护理对急性胰腺炎患者治疗结果的影响。方法:对146例急性胰腺炎患者进行研究,随机分为对照组与治疗组各73例,对照组患者给予常规的护理方案,治疗组患者在常规护理的基础上,额外给予心理护理,分析比较两组护理方案的临床有效性、患者的不良反应,以及治疗费用。结果:治疗组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,治疗费用明显低于对照组。结论:对于急性胰腺炎患者,在治疗过程中给予心理护理,可以明显的提高治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生率及治疗费用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the influence of psychological nursing patients with acute pancreatitis on the effect of the treatment.Methods A total of 146 patients were studied,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control were under the traditional nursing,the treatment group were given psychological care on the basis of traditional method,the clinical effect,adverse effect and the cost were compared.Results The treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than those in the control group,adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group,The total cost for treatment was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion During the course of treatment given psychological care,can significantly improve the treatment effect,it is worth clinical application.
