摘要 [目的]用大孔树脂对枣皮红色素进行分离纯化研究。[方法]利用超声波辅助法粗提枣皮红色素,研究了不同树脂对枣皮红色素的吸附和解吸,并对其分离纯化的静态以及动态吸附工艺进行了探讨。[结果]研究确定了S-8大孔树脂为枣皮红色素纯化的最佳吸附树脂,S-8大孔树脂对枣皮红色素优化的分离纯化条件为:常温下吸附,洗脱剂为0.3 mol/L NaOH,吸附流速为1 ml/min,解吸剂为0.3mol/L NaOH,解吸流速为3 ml/min。枣皮红色素在上述优化条件下纯化,产率可达到4.45%左右,纯化后色素色价比未纯化的提高5倍左右。[结论]研究可为开发和利用枣皮红色素提供理论依据。 [Objective] Using macroporous resin to isolate and purify date-red pigment.[Method] The ultrasonic assisted method was adopted for crude extraction of date-red pigment.The adsorption and desorption of different resin on date-red pigment was studied,the static and dynamic adsorption technique was discussed.[Result] The results showed that S-8 macroporous resin purification effect was best.The experimental conditions were: normal temperature adsorption,elution agent for 0.3 mol/L NaOH,the velocity of adsorption desorption agent for 1ml/min,0.3 mol/L NaOH,desorption rate was 3 ml/min.Red dates skin pigment in the optimized conditions and purification,the yield could reach about 4.45%,purified and unpurified pigment value ratio was increased by about 5 times.[Conclusion] The study will provide theoretical basis for development and utilization of date-red pigment.
