摘要
目的调查分析地高辛血药浓度测定的方法,为开展血药浓度监测提供依据。方法通过Cnki、PubMed数据库中检索近年来地高辛相关文献并整理分析。结果地高辛的血药浓度监测方法很多,主要有放射免疫测定法,酶免疫测定法,荧光免疫测定法,化学发光免疫测定法,干化学测定法等。结论新监测方法的应用使地高辛的检测技术日益成熟、规范。
Objective To investigate and analysis the methods of digoxin plasma concentration determination for the development of blood concentration monitoring. Methods Retrievaled the related articles of digoxin by Cnki, PubMed,Web of Science database to retrieve and analyze. Results Digoxin blood concentration monitoring in many ways, mainly determined by radioimmunoassay, enzyme immunoassay, fluorescence immunoassay, chemiluminescence immunoassay, dry chemical assay, et al. Conclusion The application of new monitoring methods digoxin detection techniques become more sophisticated and norms.
