摘要
采用荧光偏振免疫分析法和放射免疫分析法测定血液中地高辛浓度，两法测定结果相似，差异无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。对较低的血药浓度，荧光偏振免疫分析法的灵敏度较高，且操作简单、快速。
4 serum samples were obtained to detect the digoxin levels by FPIA and RIA respectively. No significant dif-ference was found between the two methods (P>0. 05). But for low digoxin concentration detection ,FPIA is moresensitive,simpler and rapider than RIA.
