摘要 旨在利用全基因组关联分析(GWAS)方法挖掘畜禽各种经济性状相关候选基因及分子标记。本试验利用鸡的60KSNP芯片,对北京油鸡初生、28、56、80和100日龄体质量进行GWAS研究。结果表明,共有9个SNPs位点达5%全基因组显著水平,与28或100日龄体质量显著相关,在这些显著位点附近包括LYRM1、LDB2等基因;还有96个SNPs位点达全基因组潜在显著水平,与检测的各个日龄体质量有潜在相关性。这些候选基因和分子标记的揭示为分子标记辅助选择技术的发展积累了素材。 The aim of this study was to use genome-wide association analysis to explore the candi- date genes and molecular markers associated with various economic traits. The GWAS of the body weight at dl ,d28,d56, d80,dl00 of Beijing-You chicken using the Illumina 60K SNP Bead- chip was performed. The results showed that there were 9 SNPs reaching 5 % Bonferroni genome- wide significance, which were significantly associated with body weight at d28 and dl00, inclu- ding LYRM1, LDB2 and other genes near these SNPs; There were 96 SNPs reaching the signifi- cance of "suggestive linkage", which were potentially associated with each indexes detected. The result revealed that these genes and SNPs laid a foundation for the development of techniques of marker assisted selection.
