摘要
产业转移是京津冀区域产业实现优化配置的必然,提升京津冀区域产业转移综合效应的最优路径为进一步深化和完善京津产业链建设,尤其是加快京冀和津冀之间产业链的构建,发挥各自比较优势,逐步形成地域分工合理、产业间联系紧凑的区域产业链布局,使其更好地融入全球价值链。
Induslrial transfer is the nee.essity of the regional industry realizing the optimal allocation in the Beijing-Tianjin- Hehei areas, Ihe optimal path improving regional industrial transfer comprebensive effect is to further deepen and improve the construetion of industry chain, especially to speed up the construction of industry chain between Beijing-Hebei and Tianjin- Hehei. So we shouhl bring their respective comparative advantages into play, and gradually form the regional industrial chain layout with rational division of labor and compact industrial relation, make it integrate with the global value chain better.
