摘要
京津冀都市圈的区域合作已经进入高级阶段,产业合作、基础设施合作和区域贸易都有新的进展。但是京津冀都市圈内部的区域差异依然存在,而且还有扩大的趋势。在这样的背景下,本文认为北京应当在京津冀都市圈区域合作中发挥要素集散、发展服务、辐射带动和区域创新等四项功能,并创建四大基地来巩固北京的核心城市地位。
The regional cooperation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area has come to an advanced stage, and industrial cooperation, infrastructure construction and regional trade have all obtained new developments. However, the regional disparity among the inner area of Jing-jin-ji is still existed which even has a trend of increasing expansion. Based on this, this paper proposes that Beijing should play a pivotal role in regional cooperation, including the distribution of factors of production, services, economic radiation and regional innovation, and further recommends Beijing should build ＂four large bases＂ to consolidate its leadership position of the metropolitan area.
