摘要
"京津冀协同发展"已提升到国家发展战略层面,京津冀一体化过程中产业转移也成为学术界研究的重要内容。首先,依托于河北省经济发展现状对现有产业结构进行深入分析,并对河北省承接产业的特点给予评价。其次,通过计算产业梯度系数、工业的区域配置系数和区域专业系数,准确定位河北省的优势产业,并对河北承接产业的比较优势进行测度。得出结论:对于京冀两地区产业转移,河北承接的优势产业涉及石油、天然气开采、烟草制品、化纤制造;对于津冀两地区产业转移,河北承接的优势产业有金属矿选和皮毛制品、制鞋。最后,对河北省的承接产业转移提出建议,河北省在顾全国家发展大局的同时,要最大限度发挥自身的主观能动性。
At present, ＂Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development＂ has become a national strategy. The paper sununarized and evaluated the status of industry in Hebei Province, elaborated the factors that influence industrial transfer in Hebei Province, highlighted the advantages of industries in Hebei, and measured the comparative advan- tage in undertaking industry. We concluded that for industrial transfer in Beijing and Hebei region, oil and gas ex- ploration industry, tobacco industry and the chemical fiber manufacturing have more advantages for Hebei. For in- dustrial transfer in Tianjin and Hebei region, ferrous metal mining industry and leather, fur, and footwear have more advantages for Hebei. Finally, we make recommendations for Hebei Province to undertake industrial transfer.
