摘要
中国是一个较为强调行政区划的国家,行政区划在区域的发展过程中起着重要的作用。但是,当经济发展到一定阶段时,过分强调行政边界有时会阻碍创新活动的进行。提出了跨行政区域创新体系的概念,并以此为框架对我国长三角创新体系进行了深入的分析,并就如何建设跨行政区域创新体系提出相应的建议。
