摘要
近几年,学校体育工作得到重视,各基层学校招聘大批青年体育教师进入学校担当学校体育工作,但缺乏青年体育教师成长机制,使青年体育教师成长不是很理想。导致学校体育工作质量无法得到很好地提升。本人从青年体育教师的师德、新体育课程标准、教学基本功、教研、考核评价等方面来谈如何构建青年体育教师的成长机制。
In recent years,school PE work has been attached to more importance,so more youth PE teachers are employed,but it lacks of relevant growth mechanism,which makes their growth pessimistic and affects the improvement of PE work.This paper discusses how to construct the growth mechanism of youth PE teachers from the following aspects： the morality of youth PE teachers,new PE curriculum standard,basic teaching ability,teaching research and assessment.
