摘要
残疾人职业教育有助于提升残疾人的就业机会,消除残疾障碍,平等融入社会。改革开放后,我国残疾人职业教育有了很大发展,在办学规模、专业设置和办学层次上都有了较大进步,但仍然存在办学基础较弱、残疾学生获得高中及以上教育的比例较低、中高职衔接矛盾大等问题。针对这些问题,应该通过夯实学校基础、加强内涵建设、打通中高职教育联系、加强合作交流和拓宽办学模式等措施加以改进。
Vocational education among disabled people helps increase the employment opportunities and remove the physical obstacles for the latter, thereby enabling them to be equal members of the society. Since China' s reform and opening to the outside world in the late 1970s, vocational education among disabled peo- ple has made great progress in its scales, courses and levels. There are, however, still problems in this field, including weak foundation of education, low enrolment of disabled students at senior secondary schools and a- bove, and bad cohesion between secondary and tertiary vocational education. In view of these problems, the paper suggests consolidating the foundation of vocational education, improving the inherent qualities, reinfor- cing the cohesion between secondary and tertiary vocational education, strengthening cooperation and ex- change, and broadening the channel of education.
