摘要
特殊职业教育是残疾人掌握职业技能,提高就业竞争力的重要途径。特殊高职美术专业的开设,为听障生提供了更高的学习平台。特殊院校在高职美术专业教育中,应结合听障生心理特点及发展需求,在专业课程教学中渗透职业生涯辅导的内容,提高听障生的生涯自我引导能力;要突出专业的职业化导向,做好中高职美术教育的衔接,促进听障生整体美术专业技能的提升;同时要通过加强实训基地建设等措施提高他们融入社会的能力。
Special vocational education is an important means for enabling the disabled people to master professional skills, thereby increasing their chances of employment. The fine-arts courses at special higher vo-cational colleges have provided a higher platform of development for the hearing impaired students. Combining their psychological characteristics and development needs, specialized education of fine arts should penetrate the career counseling into the courses so as to improve their self guidance of career development ; highlight the professionalization of the major, and improve the connection of secondary vocational education and higher vo-cational education to enhance their integrated skills; meanwhile strengthen the construction of training base to enhance their ability to integrate into the society.
