摘要
本研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,对浙江省部分聋校和正在筹建的浙江特殊教育职业学院的听力障碍学生及部分骨干教师进行调查,了解浙江省听力障碍学生中高等职业教育的衔接状况。结果表明:浙江省听力障碍学生中高等职业教育缺乏有效衔接,具体表现为:(1)培养目标定位不清,影响了专业及课程设置的合理性;(2)教学内容重复与断档现象并存,影响了教学质量;(3)教学方法雷同,实践教学重视程度参差不齐,影响了听力障碍学生的学习兴趣和效果。建议:浙江省教育行政管理部门应完善体制建设,积极统筹听力障碍学生中高等职业教育,推进中高等职业学校联合办学,建立健全听力障碍学生职业教育课程衔接体系,推进专业课程内容和职业标准相衔接。
This study aims to probe into the interface between hearing-impaired students' secondary and higher vocational education in Zhejiang Province,by using questionnaires and interviews to investigate into certain hearing-impaired students and key teachers from certain schools for the deaf and dumb in Zhejiang Province,including the Zhejiang Vocational College of Special Education(in preparation).The results show the lack of effective interface between hearing-impaired students' secondary and higher vocational education in Zhejiang Province in the following aspects:(1) The unclear training objective affects the reasonableness of the curriculum and specialties.(2) The repeated and interrupted content of teaching affects the quality of teaching.(3) The single teaching methods and the insufficient practical teaching affect the hearing-impaired students' interest in learning,as well as their learning results.The authors suggest that the administrative department of education in Zhejiang Province consummate relevant systems,actively coordinate hearing-impaired students' secondary and higher vocational education,push forward the joint operation of secondary and higher vocational schools,perfect the interface between vocational education programs for hearing-impaired students,and promote the convergence of professional courses and vocational standards.
