摘要
阐述了我国残疾人文化生活的现状,探讨分析了图书馆为残疾读者开展移动信息服务的问题,提出了图书馆为残疾读者开展移动信息服务的建议。
ABSTRACT： This paper expounds the present situation of the cultural life of disabled people in China, probes into the problem that the library develops the mobile information service for disabled readers, and puts forward some suggestions for the library to develop the reference service for the disabled readers.
