摘要
在弱酸性介质中 ,利用铁 ( )对高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的催化作用 ,建立了催化光度测定痕量铁 ( )的新方法。该方法线性范围在 0 - 1.2 μg/ 2 5m L之间、检出限为 3.1× 10 -10 g· m L-1。测定出反应表观活化能为 Ea=98.66k J/ mol。此法用于水样中微量铁的测定 。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) was established.It was based on the discoloring reaction of bromophenol blue with potassium periodate catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in HAc NaAc solution(pH=3.6).The sensitivity of method is 3.1×10 -10 g/mL.The linear range of determination is 0-1.2μg/25mL.The apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction is 98.66 kJ/mol .This method was applied to the determination of iron in water with satisfactory results.
