摘要
在硫酸介质及加热条件下,Ir(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B这一褪色反应有强烈的催化作用,藉自来水冷却中止反应,讨论催化光度测定超痕量铱的影响因素,建立一个检测限和线性范围分别为0.025ng/ml和0.05~3.0ng/ml铱的催化光度新方法。
The strong catalytic action of Ir (Ⅳ) on the oxidative fading reaction of Rhodamine B with KIO_4 in H_2SO_4 medium and under heating condition was studied.The factors to influence the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of supertrace iridium were discussed. A new method for the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of Ir range from 0.05 to 3.0 ng/ml and the detecting limit 0.025 ng/ml was established.
