摘要
基于铁 (Ⅲ )对过氧化氢氧化孔雀绿反应的催化作用 ,提出一种高灵敏地测定痕量铁 (Ⅲ )的新方法。该法线性范围为0~48μg/L ,检出限为0.61μg/L。测定出反应表观活化能Ea=37.94kJ/mol。该法用于河水、自来水样品中铁的测定 。
A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Fe(Ⅲ) has been deve_loped. It is based on the discoloring oxidation reaction between malachite green and hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in the medium of HCl solution. The linear determination range is between 0 and 48μg/L of Fe(Ⅲ). A detection limit of 0.61 μg/L is achieved. The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 37.94 kJ·mol-1. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in water samples with satisfactory results.
