摘要
目的对野母艾Parthenium hysterophorus L.进行生药学鉴定。方法采用显微鉴别法和紫外鉴别法。结果野母艾的根中皮层有分泌腔,茎具中柱鞘纤维,叶下表皮被较多非腺毛,叶肉细胞中具草酸钙簇晶等;粉末在紫外光谱下有吸收峰。结论实验结果可为制定野母艾的质量标准提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To identify Parthenium hysterophorus L.METHODS Microscopic identification and UV spectrometry were carried out.RESULTS The cortex of root had secretion cavity,and stem had pericycle fiber,and there were many non-glandular hairs on the epidermis of leaves,clusters crystal in mesophyll cells.The powder of Parthenium hysterophorus showed some UV spectrometry characteristics.CONCLUSION The results can be taken as a reference for analyzing the quality of the crude drug.
