摘要
目的:观察调气活血散结解毒法治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组,化疗组60例,采用单纯化疗方案治疗。中药加化疗组60例,在对照组治疗的基础上加用调气活血散结解毒法治疗。2组疗程均为1个月。结果:2组近期疗效总有效率分别为68.33%和81.67%,中药加化疗组优于化疗组;2组患者治疗后肿瘤面积均有缩小,Karnofsky评分均有增加,但中药加化疗组更为明显(P<0.01);未发现骨髓抑制及其它副作用。结论:调气活血散结解毒法能改善肝癌患者临床症状,与化疗结合具有较明显的增效作用和提高化疗肝癌患者的生活质量。
Objective: To observe clinical effects on the treatment of hepatocarcinoma patients with the method of promoting blooding circulation to regulate qi and removing toxic substance to disintegrate a mass.Methods: 120 patients were divided into two groups at random sample.60 patients in the chemotherapy group were treated with a simple chemotherapeutic method while the other 60 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and chemotherapy group were treated with the method of promoting blooding circulation to regulate qi and removing toxic substance to disintegrate a mass besides the same chemotherapeutic method.One month was a course of treatment.Results: After the treatment,the rates of the total effectiveness of the two groups were 81.67% and 68.33% respectively.The TCM-chemotherapy group was superior to the chemotherapy group.The tumor areas of the patients in the two groups reduced after the treatment,Karnofsky scores increased,but the TCM-chemotherapy group showed more obvious effect(P< 0.01).Bone marrow suppression and other side-effects were not found.Conclusion: The method of promoting blooding circulation to regulate qi and removing toxic substance to disintegrate a mass can improve the symptom of hepatocarcinoma patients and increase the clinical effect with the combination with the chemotherapy.
