摘要
目的观察从广西藤茶中提取出的一有效部位TTF抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒的作用。方法选1日龄北京雏鸭，人工感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒（DHBV）动物模型，应用斑点杂交法观察TTF对鸭血清鸭乙型肝炎病毒DNA（DHBV—DNA）的影响。结果DHBV感染鸭在感染后第7天口服TTF药物治疗，75—150mg,／kg组2次／d，10d对鸭血清DHBV—DNA水平有一定的抑制效果；300mg／kg组，对感染鸭血清DHBV—DNA水平的抑制作用显著，停药3d未见明显的反跳现象。结论TTF可明显抑制DHBV—DNA复制，提示TTF有抗HBV的作用。
Objective To investigate the anti - HBV effect of TTF. Methods 1 - day old Beijing ducklings were used as the hepatitis B animal model. DHBV DNA was detected by dot - blot hybridization test. Results After medicated with TTF for 5 days and 10 days, optical density value（ OD value） of DHBV - DNA in ducklings sera was obviously lower than that before treatment, there were different influences in different groups and rebound phenomenon didn＇ t appear in both TTF - groups 3 days after stopping medication. Conclusion TTF is efficient in treating DHBV ,which indicates that TTF has an anti -HBV effect.
