摘要
【方法】在长沙和青岛两地进行田间试验,采用气相色谱技术研究杀虫环在烟田环境中的残留与消解动态。烟叶及土壤中残留农药杀虫环,经过HC1溶液提取,在碱性条件下水解衍生化生成沙蚕毒素,气相色谱(FPD)测定沙蚕毒素的含量,推知杀虫环的残留量。【结果】杀虫环在烟叶和土壤中的平均回收率均超过75%,相对标准偏差小于6.00%,最低检出质量分数鲜烟叶和土壤中均为0.005mg/kg,干烟叶中为0.001mg/kg;杀虫环在烟叶和土壤中的半衰期分别为2.86—4.14、2_30~2.84d;最后1次施药后21d,杀虫环在烟叶中的最终残留量均低于0.038mg/kg,在土壤中均低于0.023mg/kg。【结论】在推荐使用剂量和最高使用剂量条件下,杀虫环在烟田中使用安全。
[Methods] Field experiments were carried out in Changsha and Qingdao to determine residue and degradation dynamics of thiocyclam in soil and tobacco leaf. Thiocyclam residues in tobacco leaves and soil were analyzed by Gas Chromatography(FPD). The residues of thiocyclam were extracted by hydrochloric acid and hydrolyzed to nereistoxin under alkali condition, and the content of thiocyclam in tobacco was calculated, [Results] Results showed that the recoveries in leaves and soil were above 75% and relative standard deviation was under 6.00%. The minimum detectable concentration in fresh tobacco leaves, soil and dry tobacco leaves were 0.005, 0.005 and 0.001 mg/kg, respectively. The half life of thiocyclam in leaves and soil ranged in 2.86-4.14 and 2.30-2.84 d, respectively. The ultimate residue was lower than 0.038 mg/kg in leaves, and was lower than 0.023 mg/kg in soil after the final application for 21 d. [Conclusions] It's safe to use thiocyclam in the tobacco field under recommended dose and the highest dose.
