摘要
以Cu、W、Ni、C为原材料,采用PVA作为粘结剂按一定的比例充分混合,采用粉末冶金成形的方法制备电触头胚体,然后通过微波高温烧结的方式进行结构强化,合成一种高性能、低成本的新型电触头材料。采用金相及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法,对不同方法制备的电触头材料进行表征。结果表明:对比传统烧结方式,微波烧结法制备的电触头材料具有高密度、低电阻率的特性,组织结构均匀,样品一致性好,且该方法的合成时间较短,效率高。采用微波烧结法在930℃烧结1h所制得的样品具有良好综合性能,其密度、硬度、电阻率可以达到9.22g/cm3、943Mpa、3.25μΩ.cm。
Electrical contact compacts were prepared by mixing raw materials of Cu,W,Ni,C and binder PVA and PM process. Microwave sintering was used to synthesize a new kind of high performance electrical contact materials with low cost and strengthened structure. Met- aliography method and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize samples pre- pared by different processes. Results indicate that samples prepared with microwave sinte- ring method have advantages of high density, low resistivity, uniform structure, good con- sistency. And this method is also of high efficiency. The sample with good comprehensive properties was prepared at 930℃ in one hour, and whose density, hardness, resistivity were 9.22 g/cm3 , 943 Mpa and 3.25μΩ· cm, respectively.
