摘要
探讨了微波合成钼酸钠的新工艺。实验结果表明:影响微波合成的主要因素为物料重量,其次为合成时间和微波功率;在实验范围内的最佳条件为微波功率560W、合成时间20min、物料重量5g;在实验最佳条件钼酸钠的合成率为99 97%,采用X衍射进行产品物相分析。
A new technology for synthesis of sodium molybdate is discussed.Experiments showed the major factor,which has influence on synthsis using microwave is the weight of material;and the secondary influential factor is the power of microwave.In the said experiments,the optimal conditions are:power of microwave 500W,synthetic time 20 minutes and weight of material 5g.Under the opthimal conditions,the synthetic ratio is up to 9997%.The X-ray diffraction medthod is used for phase analysis of the product.
