摘要
通过热力学计算确定了高温条件下物料CaO和Al2O3的摩尔比为1.71时的稳定相为七铝十二钙,利用x-射线衍射分析考察了温度和合成时间对合成产物物相组成的影响,并研究了不同合成条件下的七铝十二钙在高碳碱的铝酸钠溶液中的溶出性能。结果表明,随着合成温度的升高和保温时间的延长,合成产物的物相趋于单一、合成产物的溶出性能变好;在温度为1500℃,保温时间为120min^150min内氧化铝溶出率不再发生变化;最佳合成条件为温度1500℃,保温时间120min,合成的七铝十二钙的氧化铝溶出率大于92%。
The steady phase is C12A7 in high temperature when CaO/Al2O3 mol ratio is 1.71 by thermodynamic calculation. XRD was used to analyze the effects of temperature and time on the phases of samples. The leaching property of C12A7 in sodium aluminate solution with high- Na2Oc was also researched. The results show that the higher temperature and longer synthesizing time the less phases and better leaching property of the samples. The leaching ratio of Al2O3 increased no more when synthesizing time changed between 120 and 150 min with temperature at 1500℃. The optimal temperature and time of synthesizing are 1500℃ and 120minute respectively, and the corresponding leaching ratio of Al2O3 is 92%.
