摘要
研究了微波烧结ＺｒＯ２增韧Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合陶瓷（ＺＴＡ）的工艺并得到相应的工艺参数；分析ＺＴＡ的微观结构，测试了材料的抗弯强度与致密度。
he microwave sintering process of the ceramic composite made of ZrO2 and Al2O3 have been studied. The microstructure of ZTA (ZrO2 toughing Al2O3) ceramic are analyzed by means of XRD and SEM. The bending strength and relative density of ZTA are measured. At last, the relations of the microstructures and mechanical properties of ZTA are discussed.
