摘要 目的 :研究牙合力大小对基托应力状况的影响。方法 :用三维有限元应力分析法研究牙合力对计及牙尖斜度的上颌全口义齿基托应力状况的影响。结果 :最大拉应力和综合应力都与牙合力的大小成明显的正相关关系。应力峰值亦与牙合力平均值的大小成正相关关系。结论 :牙合力大小是影响基托应力集中状况的重要因素 ,提示上颌全口义齿基托折裂的发生与患者个体牙合力的差异关系密切。 Objective: To study the stress state of the base of MCD induced by the different strength of the occlusal force. Methods: 3 D FEM was adopted to investigate the stress effects of occlusal force on the base of MCD with the cusp inclination. Results: The strength of occlusal force was positively related to the tensile stress and the von Mises stress . So was the strongest stress and the average value of the occlusal force. Conclusions: The strength of the occlusal force is a important factor that affects the stress concentration of the MCD base, fracture of MCD base may be caused by the different strength of occlusal force of the individual patient.
