摘要
采用电阻应变计电测技术对套筒冠可摘局部义齿修复牙列缺损后的支持组织应力分布进行了测试，并与卡环可摘局部义齿修复牙列缺损后的测试结果作对比，证明前者的修复方法较后者更接近完整牙列时应力分布的状态。作者认为，套筒冠可摘局部义齿对余留牙和缺牙区的支持组织产生生理性刺激，能延长天然牙的寿命，减缓牙槽骨吸收，是值得推广的修复方法。
AbstractThe stress distribution of telescope and clasp re-movable partial dentures on the periodontal tissuewas studied with strain gauge measuring. The resultsindicated that the stress distribution of telescope den-ture was more close to the intact dentitions than theclasp denture did. The telescope denture may producephysiological stimulation to the supporting tissues ofedentulous area, hereby it may lengthen the servicetime of the natural teeth and slow the absorption ofalveolar bone.
