摘要
作者利用牙及牙颌的系列CT截面影象、计算机图象分析系统和自行设计的三维有限元数据模型生成软件,建立了适合口腔生物力学研究的三维有限元模型,探索出一种新的且具有一定通用性的前处理方法。本研究充分利用了CT影象片的准确、直观、相似程度高等优点和计算机图象分析法操作简单、方便、快速等特点,能够准确处理不同形态结构的组织信息,适应口腔组织结构复杂的要求,不损伤标本,可重复使用图象图形数据,这是其它方法无法比拟的。
The geometric similarity and mesh di-viding of finite element models directly create an effecton the results of analysis when a theoretical stressanalysis ls performed by the use of finite elementmethod. The model is routinely established by meansof sectioning the specimen. In this paper,a series ofplane section CT irnages of the teeth and mandible,animage analysis system and a specially designed soft-ware for modeling three-dimensional finite elementwere used to establish a three-dimensional finite ele-ment model.It is a new preprocessing method for fi-nite element applications in the field of oral biomecha-nism. The technique is characterized by the advantagesof high similarity of the model to specimens and nodamage to specimens;it is simple and easy. The im-ages and figures can be repetitively used.
