摘要
目的 :研究牙尖斜度对基托前部应力状况的影响 ,以指导全口义齿的临床设计与制作。方法 :应用三维有限元应力分析法研究牙尖斜度对上颌全口义齿基托前腭部节点 338及唇系带切迹区节点 35 0应力状况的影响。结果 :随着牙尖斜度的增加 ,基托前腭部、唇系带切迹处的应力集中状况不断加剧 ,当牙尖斜度增至 30°时 ,切迹处节点 35 0的应力值超过了前腭部节点 338成为峰值点。结论 :基托前腭部始终是一个应力集中区 ,其应力集中强度随牙尖斜度的增加而加剧 ;唇系带切迹处为义齿结构上的薄弱区 ,其应力集中构成了义齿折裂的潜在因素。
Objective: To study the stress states in the front part of the base of MCD with cusp inclination. Methods: 3 D FEM was employed to investigate the stress states caused by cusp inclination on the node 338 of pre palate and 350 of the frenal notch of the base of MCD. Results:The stress of the pre palate and frenal notch of the base was continuously concentrating with the cusp inclination increase, when the cusp inclination increase to 30 degrees, the stress on the node 350 of the frenal notch becam the strongest. Conclusions: The pre palate of the base is always the central zone of the stress which is intensified with the cusp inclination; the frenal notch is the weak area of the denture in which the stress concentration may result in fracture of MCD.
