摘要
目的：建立同时测定阿司匹林、乙柳酰胺、咖啡因复方感冒片中三组分的含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：利用Inertsil- ODS柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%二乙胺水溶液-冰醋酸(40∶56∶4),流速：1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm,外示法计算。结果：线性范围分别是：阿司匹林120～480μg/mL,r=0.9998；乙柳酰胺40～160μg/mL,r=0.9998,咖啡因20～80μg/mL,r=0.9997。回收率：阿司匹林100.3%；乙柳酰胺100.7%；咖啡因99.7%。结论：本方法分离效果好,辅料无干扰,快速,简便,适合于该制剂三组分的同时测定。
Objective ：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of three consitituents in AEC Tablet containing aspirin,ethenzamide and caffeine. Method：Inertsil-ODS column is used. The mobile phase is composed of methanol -0. 1% diethylamine-acetic acid（40 ： 56 ： 4）with flow rate of 1.0mL/min. The detection wavelength is 280nm. Results ： The linear response range were 120-480μg/mL for aspirin（r= 0. 9998）, 40-160μg/mL for ethenzamide（r=0. 9998）, 20-80μg/mL for caffeine （r = 0. 9997）. The mean recoveries of aspirin, ethenzamide, caffeine were 100. 30%, 100.7 %, 99.7% respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple,quick and suitable for determination of these three constituents in compound preparation simultaneously.
