摘要
肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是以腹痛或腹部不适伴有排便性状或排便习惯异常为特征的一种功能性肠道病。IBS是一种全球性疾病,人群患病率较高,其症状可反复发作,严重影响患者的生活质量,IBS的病因和发病机制尚未明了,西医尚无特效药物治疗IBS,中医对此疾病的治疗有独特优势,文章对该病辨证分型及情志致病因素做出探讨。
Irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）is a highly prevalent gastrointestinal motility disorder broadly characterized by abdominal pain or discomfort associated with altered bowel habits.The chronic and bothersome nature of IBS symptoms often negatively affects patients quality of life and activity level.The etiology and pathogenesis haven＇t been clear yet,and there is no effective drug therapy in western medicine,on which Chinese medicine shows unique advantages.We discuss the classification and the characteristic of the syndrome differentiation and the sentimental pathogenic factor.
