The basic principles and progress of nuclear magnetic resonance technology were revieoed in this paper.In past twenty years,the NMR applied studies on oil industry,biochemistry and medicine are discussed.We looked into the future of NMR technique for 21 century science development and demand.It was pointed out that NMR spectroscopy technology shall become an extremely vast study field.
