摘要
通过对当前苏南新农村社区建设事件的追踪,以苏州为考察对象,以社区形象为着眼点,对社区形象构建存在的问题及形象特色缺失原因进行了深入探讨和分析,认为应完善新农村社区规划体系,实现规划主导地位,并以此为基准,提出"原乡规划"构筑社区新风貌、分类引导"新、旧"社区形象设计策略。
Based on the image in the community, through tracing events of the new rural communities in Southern Jiangsu and taking Suzhou as an example, this paper comprehensively discusses and analyzes the existing problem of the communities＇ image and the reason for Lack of image features. It finds that the new rural community planning system should be improved, and planning should achieve a dominant position. As a benchmark, the paper proposes the concept of new ＂native-land planning＂ to build a new look, and the design stratelzies of ＂new-old＂ image in the community through elassifleation guide.
