摘要
在利益多元的城乡一体化语境中,我国旅游型村庄建设正面临"资源流失、风貌雷同、文化变异、特色同质"的严峻局面。对于解决旅游型村庄规划所呈现的诸多问题,以往的研究思路大多是从规划技术角度入手分析,然而事实证明收效并不显著。与传统研究视角相异,本文在方法论上进行了较为新颖的尝试,从利益协调的角度切入旅游型村庄规划,采取"系统集控、点位突破"的"层第体系"决策管理来解析旅游型村庄规划所面临的困境及出路。
Under the context of urban-rural integration, the construction of tourism village is facing with problems including losing resources, duplicated construction and cultural deterioration. To address these issues, the traditional planning method seems ineffective. The paper tries a different solution of the perspective of stakeholder theory to tackle the problems.
