摘要
我国核桃栽培面积居世界第一位,核桃加工后会产生大量的核桃壳,如果将其丢弃或焚烧,将造成资源的极大浪费。综述了目前国内核桃壳在食品、医药和化工等方面的研究现状,旨在为促进核桃壳的深加工提供一定的理论依据。
Walnut cultivation area of China ranks first in the world. A lot of walnut shells were produced in the walnut processing. There will be tremendous waste of resources if these walnut shells are discarded or burned. Reviewed the research situation of current domestic walnut shell in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical aspects, in order to promote the deep processing of walnut shell and provide certain theory basis.
