格林-巴利综合征合并白癜风一例

摘要 患儿女，3岁。于2010年8月以“双下肢无力4d”为主诉人住我院儿科。入院后检查：双上肢肌力Ⅳ级，双下肢肌力Ⅲ级，四肢肌张力尚可，双膝腱反射减弱。实验室检查：血、尿、粪常规无异常，心肌酶谱生化检查：乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）270U／L（正常值100～300U／L，下同），羟丁酸脱氢酶（HBDH）272U／L（70～200U／L），肌酸激酶（CK）90U几（39～308U／L）
