摘要
目的:通过观察电针膀胱经五脏俞对格林-巴利综合征(GBS)家兔坐骨神经中协同刺激分子的影响,探讨电针膀胱经五脏俞治疗GBS的作用机制。方法:采用国际公认的P2免疫动物模型(EAN),酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)观察电针膀胱经五脏俞对GBS家兔坐骨神经中协同刺激分子CD28、CTLA-4、B7-1、B7-2的蛋白表达水平。结果:经过治疗后CD28、B7-1表达水平明显降低(P<0.05),CTLA-4、B7-2表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:电针膀胱经五脏俞通过使协同刺激分子CD28、B7-1蛋白表达水平明显降低,CTLA-4、B7-2蛋白表达水平的明显升高,参与EAN的免疫调节。
Objective:To observe the influence of electroacupuncture at Shu-points of the Five Zang-organ in domestic rabbits with acute allergy neuritis, a classical animal model, and to explore the immunoregulatory mechanism responsible for the regimen by detecting expression of the eostimulatory molecules in sciatic nerve. Methods: ELISA was used to examine proteins of CD28, CTLA-4, B7-1, B7-2 in sciatic nerve of P2 immunized EAN domestic rabbits. Results: It was showed that the expression of CTLA-4 and B7-2 was obviously up-regulated(P 〈 0.05) ,whereas the expression of CD28, B7-1 was obviously down-regulated(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Up-regulation of CD28 and B7-1, and down-regulation of CTLA-4 and B7-2 may participate in the modification of EAN by electroacupuneture at Shu-points of the Five Zang-organ.
