摘要
东阳市人民医院改革传统医疗质量管理模式,将精细化理念引入到医疗质量管理实践中,按照终末质量和过程质量并重的原则,构建了医疗质量精细化管理体系和管理机制,充分利用信息化平台,通过优化指标体系,细化层级责任,优化监控手段,常化监督提醒,强化考核奖惩,使医疗品质持续改进机制不断完善,医疗服务质量稳步提升。
The traditional medical quality management mode is reformed. Lean management is introduced in practice of medical quality management. According to the principle of paying equal attention to terminal quality and link quality, the lean management system and mechanism in Dongyang People's Hospital has been shaped. By optimizing index system, refining hierarchy responsibility, improving, monitoring, regulating inspection, strengthening evaluation, medical quality sustainable promotion mechanism will be continuingly improved and medical quality will be promoted stably.
