摘要
近年来,全国各地医院在贯彻落实各项医改政策,开展"质量万里行"、"三好一满意"等活动,以及推进医院评审工作中,门急诊管理工作发生了显著变化。重在突出医疗服务的公益性,优化患者就诊流程,应用管理工具进行科学管理,注重门诊患者安全管理,加强岗位培训。同时,门急诊管理专业委员会在推进全国门急诊管理工作发挥了重要作用,搭建起了全国门急诊管理工作学术交流平台,解读最新政策,介绍部分省市医院门急诊管理工作的先进经验,让门急诊工作管理者及时了解最新动态,促进了全国门急诊工作不断发展。
Under the environment of healthcare reform in China, campaigns such as “quality tour”,“three good and one satisfactory”and hospital accreditation were carried out. Outpatient and emergency management has also significantly improved. Public interest of medical service provision, treatment process optimization, scientific management, patient safety management and job training are the key points. Special Committee of Outpatient and Emergency Management has played important role on promoting outpatient and emergency management, establishing a national level outpatient and emergency management communication platform, introducing and analyzing policy and practice to improve outpatient and emergency management.
