摘要
用ICP-AES测定了长柄扁桃仁油渣中含有的11种人体所需的微量元素。实验结果表明,方法相对标准偏差在0.3%—1.7%之间,回收率在80.4%—119.2%之间。与常规方法相比较,方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好、检出限低和精密度高等优点,可用于植物种子中多种微量元素的快速测定。
The 11 kind determined by ICP-AES. The of trace elements in the residue experimental results indicated that separated from amygdalus were the RSDs and recoveries of this method were 0. 3%--1. 7% and 80. 4%--119. 2%, respectively. Compared with the conventional method, the method is simple, fast with high sensitivity, good accuracy, low detection limit and high precision, and can be applied to rapid determination of various trace elements in seeds of plants.
