摘要
目的:探讨山东乐陵产金丝小枣和大枣中微量元素的含量。方法:用原子吸收分光光度法测定8种微量元素的含量。结果:山东乐陵产金丝小枣和大枣中均含有丰富的微量元素,而大枣中的微量元素均不同程度高于小枣。结论:大枣的药用价值优于小枣。
Objective： To discuss the contents of trace dements of in zizyphus jujube and big jujube Laoling Shandong. Methods： the atomic absorption spectrophotometry were adopted to measure the content of 8 kinds of inorganic. Result： the zizyphus jujuba and big jujube in Laoling Shandong are rich in inorganic dement, but big jujube contents more inorganic elements in different degreso Conclusion： big jujube excels zizyphus in medicine value.
