摘要
采用微波消解样品,应用ICP-AES法测定桑葚和桑叶中12中微量元素(K、Na、Ca、Cu、Mg、Zn、Fe、Ge、Sr、Co、Cd、Pb)的含量。此方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好,其回收率在95.5%~103.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.15%。实验结果证明:桑葚与桑葚叶中均含有丰富的微量元素,是营养价值和药用价值极高的食用品。而对人体有害的元素均未检出,极具开发价值。
By microwave digestion, use the ICP-AES method for the determination of content of 12 microelements (K, Na, Ca, Cu, Mg, Zn, Fe, Ge, Sr, Co, Cd, Pb) of mulberry and mulberry leaf. This method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity and accurate, recoveries are between 95.5% to 103.4%, the relative standard deviation are less than 2.15%. Experimental results show that mulberry and mulberry leaves are rich in microelements and nutritional value and medicinal value. Not only the harmful elements were not detected but great value.
