摘要
目的探讨山东乐陵产金丝小枣中微量元素的含量。方法用原子吸收分光光度法测定9种微量元素的含量。结果山东乐陵产金丝小枣中含有丰富的微量元素,其中Ca 969.481、Zn 14.821、Fe 24.128、Mn 3.046、Mg35.855、Cr 1.493、Cu0.136。结论金丝小枣具有一定的药用价值。
Objective To discuss the contents of trace elements in Laoling zizyphus jujube. Methods The atomic .absorption spectrophotometry were adopted to measure the content of 9 kinds of trace elements. Results The zizyphus jujuba produced in Lading Shandong are rich in trace elements related to many functions, including（ppm） Ca 969.48 1, Zn 14. 821, Fe 24. 128, Mn 3.046, Mg 35. 855, Cr 1.493, Cu 0. 136. Conclusion Zizyphus jujube has important pharmaceutical value.
