摘要
目的:探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗鼻息肉慢性鼻窦炎术后复发的原因,从而提高手术疗效。方法:对2004～2010年我院收治的复发性鼻息肉鼻窦炎42例患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果:中鼻甲处理不当与周围结构粘连14例,上颌窦窦口阻塞9例,病灶清除不彻底10例,钩突尾端残留未切干净3例,鼻中隔高位偏曲未同期矫正致术后复发6例。结论:鼻内窥镜手术前详细的CT阅片,缜密的手术方案,术中熟练掌握鼻内窥镜手术的鼻腔解剖,尤其是鼻腔外侧壁的解剖学特点,熟练的手术技巧和方法,术后定期鼻内窥镜随访换药,精细的清理术腔,鼻腔冲洗,是保证手术成功,提高手术疗效,减少手术复发的关键。
Objective Discussing the reason of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis after endoscopic surgery, in case of improving effica- cy of the surgery. Conclusion Carefully reading the CT Film before operations, thoroughly planning of surgery, skillful mastering on endoscopic surgery, especially the anatomical character- istics of nasal cavity and experienced medical care are the keys to improving the efficacy of surgery and lowing the risk of recurring.
