摘要
目的 探讨鼻中隔偏曲、鼻中隔结节与慢性鼻窦炎的关系。方法 通过前鼻镜、鼻窦冠状位CT、鼻内镜检查,观察2001年2月～2002年11月住院的30例鼻中隔偏曲患者鼻腔、鼻窦情况及79例慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻中隔的情况,并作统计分析。结果30例鼻中隔偏曲患者中有11例鼻窦炎,均为1型、前组鼻窦炎,其中高位偏曲23例,伴鼻窦炎9例,6例为双侧;低位偏曲7例,伴鼻窦炎2例。79例鼻窦炎患者中有30例鼻中隔偏曲,其中,高位偏曲22例,18例为前组其窦炎;低位偏曲8例,6例为前组鼻窦炎;鼻中隔结节4例,均为病程较长的Ⅱ、Ⅲ型鼻窦炎患者。结论 鼻中隔高位偏曲与鼻窦炎的发病密切相关,鼻中隔偏曲多引起前组鼻窦炎,往往双侧发病。鼻中隔结节可作为慢性鼻窦炎的一个并发症。
Objective To investigate the relationship of sinusitis with nasal septum deviation and tuberculum septum. Methods 30 cases with nasal septum deviation and 79 cases with chronic sinusitis were included in this study, all being hospitalized patients from Fab, 2001 to Nov, 2002. Here, emphases was focused on the status of nasal cavity and sinuses for the first group of cases and on the condition of septum for the second group of cases. Then, a statistic analysis was made following the investigation. Results Among the 30 patients with nasal septum deviation, 23 were seen with high deviation, in which there were nine cases with sinusitis, including bilateral sinusitis in 6 of them, and 7 patients were seen with low deviation,in which there were two cases with sinusitis. All the 11 cases in this group of patients were found with type I of anterior sinusitis. Among the 79 patients as a group of sinusitis, 30 were seen with nasal spetum deviation,in which there were 22 cases with high deviation and 8 cases with low deviation, there being 18 and 6 cases with type I of anterior sinusitis respectively, for these two subgroups. In contrast, among the 4 patients with tuberculum septum, sinusitis lasting for 10 years. Conclusion It is suggested that there is a very close relationship between higher septum deviation and the development of sinusitis, especially one in the anterior group of sinuses. It usually takes place bilaterally. However, tuberculum septum may be seen as a complication of chronic sinusitis.
