摘要
目的探讨鼻渊舒口服液对急性鼻窦炎大鼠鼻黏膜中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法用不同剂量的鼻渊舒口服液治疗急性鼻窦炎大鼠,同时应用其他常规用药作比较,最终以大鼠鼻黏膜的病理切片观察为探讨依据。结果鼻渊舒口服液可以降低大鼠鼻黏膜中的TNF-α。结论鼻渊舒口服液可以通过调节TNF-α与受体结合和受体后信号传导,下调黏附分子和趋化因子的表达和分泌,减弱白细胞的粘附、游出和聚集,从而发挥抗炎作用,促进急性鼻窦炎的痊愈。
Objective To study the influence of BiYuanshu Oral Liquid on rat TNF -α expression of acute sinusitis nasal muco sa. Methods Acute simsitis was treated with BiYuarshu oral liquid in different doses and the pathological section of rat rasal mucosa was observed. Results Bi Yuanshu Oral Liquid could reduce rat TNF - αexpression of nasal mucosa. Conclusion Bi Yuanshu Oral Liquid can adjust the combination and conduction of TNF - α with its receptor, inhibit the expression and secretion of adhesion molecule and chemotatic factor, attenuate sticking, emigration and aggregation, therefore it can exert its anti - inflammatory effect, and promote the recover of acute sinusitis.
