结直肠癌与免疫 被引量：1

摘要 结直肠癌（colorectalcancer，CRC）是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤，尽管以分期为指导、手术治疗为核心的多学科综合治疗手段不断提高，但其预后仍不良，且患者就诊时大多已处于进展期，手术效果欠佳，术后常常很快发生复发和转移，放疗和化疗的严重副反应限制了其应用。研究发现，大多数实体肿瘤可诱导宿主的免疫反应，从而在肿瘤累及的组织局部形成免疫微环境，其中包括淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、自然杀伤细胞（naturalkiller，NK）等，发挥抗肿瘤效应。
