结直肠癌的早期筛查
摘要
结直肠癌（colorectalcancer，CRC）是消化系统的常见恶性肿瘤。在世界范围内，目前CRC的发病率和死亡率不断上升，已高居恶性肿瘤的第3位。近年来，美国CRC的发生率以每年2％～3％下降，死亡率也有所下降；而我国的CRC发病率和死亡率都处于上升的趋势。
